- 6:00am to 6:45am Power Up class (included in membership)
- 5:30pm-6:30pm Barbell class (included in the membership)
Tuesdays
- 12:00pm-12:45pm Core class (included in membership)

- 6:30pm-7:30pm Jiu Jitsu (discounted for members, $15.00 per class)
Wednesdays
- 6:00am to 6:45am Power Up class (included in membership)
Thursdays
Fridays
- 5:30-6:30pm Barbell (included in membership)
Yoga and Spinning class are on a temporary break due to lack of attendance,classes will resume this winter providing there is enough interest. Thanks.
